Is the first consultation really free?

Yes, entirely. We will spend up to an hour with you, by phone or video, with no expectation of you becoming a client. If we cannot help, we will tell you and where possible point you to someone who can.

Is there a minimum asset level to become a client?

For our wealth-management service, most clients have £250,000 or more in investable assets, but it is not a hard floor, and many of our other services (mortgages, FX, the investment clinic) have no minimum at all.

How do you charge?

A transparent fee model: fixed advice fees for planning, percentage fees for ongoing wealth management, transaction fees for FX and mortgage work. Always disclosed in writing before any work begins.

Will my information stay confidential?

Strictly. We are subject to professional confidentiality obligations and GDPR; nothing you share with us is disclosed to any third party without your written instruction.

I am not based in the UK, can you still help?

Yes, most of our clients are not based in the UK. We are set up specifically to advise internationally mobile individuals and families.
